He Loves Me

A warm breeze so inviting  

Nature at its best

A little sunshine

A little mist 

Then came our rainbow bliss

Gazing out at the afternoon sky

We sat and watched the clouds rolled by

Ever so tightly we embraced

As I gently kissed his face

Softly he whispered in my ear

As his voice echoed sweetly; stirring the air    

I smiled as I held him tighter

Trying to settle my heart pounding in my chest

I closed my eyes and thought; how much I've been blessed

A perfect day it turned out to be

Today is the day

The man I Love

Declared he too, Loves me.
